The gentleman came out the next day and did a thorough inspection, talked to me of what he found and explained the process to eliminate the problem. "Jim and his crew were amazing to work with- a unique situation with my grandmother’s home, they were respectful and kind to her. They even answered all my 5-year’old’s questions throughout the day! As we were leaving for the final fogging, I asked if they’d mind helping get my grandmother’s lift chair to her temporary room in another part of the home – they didn’t blink an eye… they moved the extremely heavy chair so she could be as comfortable as possible. Jim also helped set up a contractor to put everything back together in a timely manner (so we can get my grandmother back into her comfort zone). Top-notch care and professionalism.
